I love simple and elegant food, with an essence that can be easily enjoyed. It is important to me that there is coherence and a point to the dishes, like provenance, style or context.
My interpretation of food is rooted in my deep interest in culture and consequently I like to view cuisine through a cultural lens. Like enjoying the food of a local area or celebrating the way food brings us all together.
